Phalaborwa’s aquatic speedster continued his dominance in the pool this past weekend in Polokwane during the Limpopo Schools Swimming Championships. The fifteen-year old James Joubert, competed in seven individual events and brought home a total of four medals which included two gold and two bronze. He touched the wall first in the 50m Butterfly and Freestyle events raking in a second place in the 50m Backstroke and 100m Freestyle. Joubert has been on the radar of swimming clubs and schools since his primary school years and is proof that talent is to be found in the most remote of places.
